我做外贸时碰到的一个超JP的英国女人2008-09-30 16:28:59 楼主
我开始对她真的是很耐心，很友好。就算在我们发货的第二天，她就要求我们给她单号什么的，我们（指的是我和我bf）还是配合她的一切要求。
先说说交易的内容，她在我们这儿买了10个GHD，一共付了380USD，我们每个GHD会100块钱进货，运费差不多1200的样子。这样的话我们只能赚300块钱左右，其实平常情况下，只赚2，300百块钱的生意是不做的，我们想的是拉一个客户，因为她一直在强调质量好的话她会订很多很多。
因为本身赚的钱少，并且送货途中可能出现这样那样的问题我们只力求不亏就行了，所以我们选择了走香港邮政，这也是我们第一次走这个快递。结果问题出现了。
9月26号，我们把货物交给深圳这边做香港邮政代理的一个快递公司，吩咐他尽快把单号上网。快递公司的告诉我们可能到英国需要一周左右，我们也把这个事情马上转告了英国女人，并且向她解释了原因，说我们只求不亏就行了，我们只是很珍惜你这个客户。
然后，深圳就遇到了台风黑格比，紧接着又是周末，我被告知他们周末是不上班的，然后快递公司又打电话给我说他们在进行什么内部调整什么的，又要耽误。其实我都还是很理解的，但是英国女人一点不给我们余地了。。
她一天N封信的问我们快递单号的事情，我们只有跟她解释，台风周末什么的，我们不断的给她说SORRY，她一催我们也急，就只有不断的打电话给快递公司，我们甚至打电话到香港邮政，结果香港邮政的工作人员以拿起电话，我男朋友刚说了一句，喂，你好。那边就挂了，把我们华丽丽的打击得。。给快递公司打电话，人家说在发了在发了，我们也无话可说。。。
于是英国那个女人，开始质疑我们有没有发货，她用尽之能事，说我们是小偷，威胁我们说再不发货的话，就要联系中国警方，还说她有个77岁的爸爸是中国人，并且是深圳市市长的好朋友，她还有很多关系很多朋友在广州，如果我们再不发货的话，就找我们麻烦。我们都觉得很无奈很可笑很幼稚，但是没办法呀，谁叫我们是做生意的。她说她很有钱，如果我们再不发货，她就会让我们领教她是谁了。
说实话，谁不是家里面惯出来的，平时的话别人给我这种气受我是绝对不会忍气吞声的。但是没办法呀，我只得耐着性子给她解释这边的情况，一方面又催电话去快递公司。快递公司的人其实还是挺好的，他们也耐心给我解释，说让我们理解他们，那时我都快哭了，我理解你们谁理解我啊？那个英国女人没有给我留一点余地啊。。
然后就是她向我们索取货物已经发出的证据，我们就向快递公司索取，快递公司给了我们一个面单，是他们来收货那天开的收据，我就发给了英国女人，上面清清楚楚写清楚了发货时期，发货到英国，货物内容是10个GHD，我们以为这下英国那女的应该相信我们了。结果折腾了半天发到她邮箱里面，人家依然不买账，说要香港邮政开的收据，说我们得更凶了，直接说我们是THIEF（小偷）了。
这下我真的忍无可忍了，我从来没为了这么点钱被人说成这样的！！！！！我这是也撕去了国际友人的面子，开始骂她了！！我现在理解了做淘宝的哥哥姐姐们的不易！！她一见我也BH起来了，开始也软了下去，果真是欺软怕硬啊。
但后来，也就是昨天，事情华丽丽的上升到一个新的高度，由于我昨天被快递公司告知货物终于已经发到了香港，如果昨天晚上单号还没有上网的话，就返回我们现金和货物，我们也跟英国女人说了，结果昨天晚上我们11点钟睡觉了，睡觉之前单号还没有上网。。。我估计是12点多单号才上的网。今天早上起床一开电脑，收到那女的封邮件，告诉我们她已经报警了或是已经联系好她的兄弟来找我们麻烦了或怎样，她说得很含糊：我已经把电话打了。。
并且那个时候单号已经早登到网上去了。
她又说已经打电话给香港邮政说要求退货了，不用送了。我很怀疑她说的这些话，香港邮政的前台，快递公司的人告诉我们说是不可能接你电话的，除非她真的找到他有本事的老爸，居然可以直接打电话进香港邮政。
总之，一个字，累哇。这种JP买家也被我给遇上了。

Hi, you can go to the EMS website to calculate the shipping fee.There will be RMB 2755 to send your products.(17KG for 10 GHDs).I usually can get a 60% discount,but my shipping agent told me that i only can get 40%-50%discount in shenzhen.So i have to tell you i just cant send your goods from shenzhen. I really hope you can understand this.
And if you insist on getting tracking number or its necessary for you to show your clients,i can give you the number today and i will send your good with this number tomorrow.The number only can be tracked after tomorrow.

I called shipping agent today.They said that cos the strong typhoon "Hegel",most good were not delivered in time.Besides,cos the goods are copies,it need more time to handle to pass the China Custom.You items will pass China Custom tonight and will send by hongkong Post tomorrow in China time.
I dont wanna anything unhappy happened,and also i hope you to get the goods ASAP,so we can do next deal quickly.But i hope you understand that,once i send the goods to shipping agent,the goods are out of my control.

I have spoken to customer service at Hong Kong post and all post is running as normal...there is no delay now because of HEGEL and service is on time. I am eager to get them so I can place the larger order as I do not want to lose the clients I have waiting...when will I be able to track the goods...they have had lots of of time for them to pass customs...they really do need to be on their way today please.

Hi,i just called the shipping agent.There is something you must know.The shipping agent told me that the goods still haven’t pass the China Custom cos Custom are very strict these day. What more worse is,tomorrow is Sunday,the hongkongpost will not work.
I think i cant trust them any more.They promised me the good will be online yesterday.Maybe they just couldn’t handle goods so fast.They lied.
This is the first time i cooperate with this company cos my prevenient shipping agent quote a high price for your good.It’s my fault to send your good by a strange and irresponsible shipping company.I’m really sorry.
I know you maybe very angry to hear this.But please calm down and explain this to your clients.Please tell me what should i do to fix my mistake.I dont want you to lose your customer and i dont wanna lose you!I’ll do my best of what i can do.

Just one more thing....I have never lost a package through customs...I visit Guangzhou a lot when the Trade Fairs is on and post a lot of goods home in bulk. I use the post office by the train station in Guangzhou...please use this post office for my large order if possible

you have to understand that there is nothing i can do about the shipping thing. once i gave the goods to the shipping agent, it got out of my control. if there is anyone who takes the blame i think it should be the shipping agent. plz do trust me i have sent the goods to the shipping agent 2 days ago, i’m not the kind of irresponsible businessman who cheats and takes your money, yet not sending you the goods. i guess all you can do now is just have to trust me and be more patient.
i believe the number can be tracked in the next 2 days, cos like your said, they don’t work tomorrow.

Then you must make sure I receive the goods. That is your duty as the seller...it is not my problem how you post the goods...Make sure they are sent today...if they are not I will have to see you personally when I vist in October...please be aware that I am a businesswoman and will deal with situation appropriately when I am in China...if this is a scam I will involve the police when I arrive..I have all the emails of correspondence and Hong Kong post email telling me the tracking number does not exist, and your name and adress....also the Western Union receipt where you picked up my money...please be aware this is serious and I know how theft is dealt with in your country...I lived there for 8 months!!! Just so you know I will not be scammed if this is what your trying to do. I have offered you GOOD business and you have offered me NOTHIG....send the goods today or refund the money....the choice is yours

There is still no evidence that you have sent my goods....this is serious now as it is nearly a week and you have done nothing to rectify this.I want a copy of the receipt of post emailed to me with official stamp from post office. I have spoken directly with Hong Kong post and there is no record at all of this tracking number therefore this leads me to beleive they were never posted. You have today to sort this out. I will have to report you to Ioffer and also to Tradekey. Then I will have to take this further. I want the information today please...it is a week now and all you keep saying is wait until tomorrow. I HAVE waited and this is not good enough. You are responsible as the seller to make sure I receive the goods...

i have called the shipping agent the minute i got your mail, i commanded them they have to got the shipping number posted on the internet today. i guess there is no use no matter how many times i told you i have sent out the goods and i have nothing to prove myself right. i guess i just chose the wrong shipping agent and i swear i would never turn to this shipping agent again cos they work so damn low-effiently. i wouldn’t be writing this letter and response if i am a business cheater.

i barely make any money out of doing business with you this time, all i want is to win a client. if i did this business with you out of money only, i wouldn’t do it in the first place. am really sorry that i bought you unconvience, like i said, i chose the wrong shipping agent, and this agent is the first time i cooperate with them, i have never thought they would be so low-efficient. it was my mistake. i will call the HK post office right away.

They are going to visit you this week with the authorities if this is not sorted out. One of my friends father is a police enforcement officer and reliably informs me that this will be looked upon as theft and will be dealt with as such. Its your choice....either you send the goods or return my money....if not I assure you that I will make sure you do not get away with this.

i was told that the Hong Kong postal receipt is kept by the shipping agent which is a client of Hong Kong post, and we only got receipt from this shipping agent. you can call to Hong Kong post to check if Guang Zhou Xinfeijie shipping agent is one of their clients and if what i said is right.

Why is Hong Kong post telling me that there is NO SUCH TRACKING NUMBER...IT DOES NOT EXIST ...This is YOUR problem....I should not have to check this out that is your job as the seller....phone your shipping agent for the receipt it is that simple,....this is not how to conduct business....I PAID YOU for a service....and you have not given me that service...it is your job to provide the goods....if your agent has not sent them then it is up to you to make sure I get a replacement...this is ridiculous

I was trying to have the message translated through Ioffer....which obviously did not work
Just so you are aware that I can speak and translate the language, I was able to speak to Hong Kong post again...in Chinese... about this matter, and they have advised me that this is probably a theft and I should conact the police. I have faxed them a copy of the document you sent me and am awaiting their reply. This will all lead back to you when being dealt with. If i do not find resolution today then I will have no option to persue this legally. I am wealthy enough to know good business, and wise enough to know bad,
and as a matter of principle, and as an honest person, I must persue this until we find resolution. And if that means me having to involve authorities then I will. Like I said before, I am in Guangzhou in October for a month and will have to see you personally.
