Guys, what police can only do is to have a mutual agreement to settle down the issue. Only the court, the judge can give the criminal penalty. You should not expect to get justice from police. Police can only give fine to the black guy. If the victim accept the money, the case is closed.

If the victim press the charge, the police has the right to arrest the black guy as a criminal. If the victim does not press charge, and willing to accept the money, the police can not do anything, except the police starts to sue the black the guy. However, in China how many people know how to use justice? I do not even think the police knows how to use the justice. The black guys have to offense, one is public urination, which is just an offense of public order. It can be fined. The other is phasically assaulting others, which is criminal acts. It can be settle down peacifully by money, or get penalty by law. The victim chose to settle down peacefully by money. It is not anybody's fault. The victim chose that way.

看了这篇报道很气氛。我不明白为什么中国人看到西方人就会觉得自己需要“礼让”？还有很多女孩子会那么热情？生活在海外看到的比较直接。他们甚至文化素养不高的人到了中国就成了TEACHER，他们在教什么？是他们生存的必须交流手段但到了中国就成了赚钱的砝码！不少人在自己的国家混得并不如意，到了中国是淘金寻求生存。淘金同时却“遭遇”激情。把他们宠坏了！中国人无论在自己的土地上，还是在异国他乡都要昂起头为自己国家的迅猛发展自豪，为自己是正在日益强大的中国人而骄傲。礼貌和谦让还有“热情”尊严不能丢!
